We are able to take your block plan and work with you to create a layout design to suit all your needs. We are able to assist you in preparing documentation ready to submit with a planning application and environmental protection authority application.

Front End Loader Plants:

·        Throw in belt type

·        Mini Mix Small plant for 30m3 per hour

·        Single bin 6 to 8 m3 for up to 50m3 per hour

·        Twin bin plant for 90 to 100 m3 per hour

·        Silos as either low level or the standard vertical elevated type with a separate cement weigh hopper

·        Dust enclosures for loader bins and conveyor

·        Reverse into or drive through load bays open and enclosed

·        Water weigh or metered water

Ground Bin Storage Plants:

·        Above ground reverse up to storage

·        In ground drive over storage

·        Weigh bins under each storage bin for simultaneous and faster weighing

·        Special product weigh bins

·        High capacity transfer conveyors

·        Dust cover for conveyors

·        Optional surge bin models

·        Single lane for up to 140 m3 per hour

·        Dual lane for up to 240 m3 per hour

·        Elevated vertical silo combinations

·        Low level silos for those with height  restrictions

·        Water weigh or metered water

·        Load bay or load tower , reverse in or drive through

·        Water spray or dust extraction

Additional Equipment:

·        Single and multi lane drive through or reverse up slump stands

·        Optional weather covers to slump stands

·        Batch rooms

·        Manual control plants through to full computer operated systems

·        Truck wash platforms

·        Washout boxes

·        Water recycling  and water harvesting systems
